      Charlene is the Director and owner of Autism Behavioral Center. She is a trained ABA Therapist and team leader, working with children in the spectrum in Malaysia since 2009. Under the tutelage of the pioneer center of ABA in Malaysia, as well as having the opportunity to work alongside consultants and BCBA's from USA, Charlene has worked with children and individuals of all ages within the spectrum and developmental delays in general.

      Charlene possesses a Professional Doctorate (P.D) in Business Management from the European International University- Paris, a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from HELP University College, and a certificate in Special Education Needs and Learning Disabilities. She is also a certified Play Therapy Practitioner. Charlene actively trains corporations (Malaysia Airports, Sunway Malls), parents and therapists around the country.

      Charmaine is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®). She has over 14 years of experience in clinical practice, leadership, training, and organizational development within the field of behavior analysis and developmental disabilities.

      She holds a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Psychology from the University of Bedfordshire and a Master of Science in Mental Health from Middlesex University, London. In addition to being a BCBA®, she is also a Malaysian Certified Behavior Analyst (MABA) and a QABA Approved Coursework and Training Provider.

      Throughout her career, Charmaine has led clinical programme development, quality assurance initiatives, staff training, and organizational consultation, helping teams deliver ethical, evidence based services. She is passionate about developing clinical systems, mentoring practitioners, and building sustainable practices that promote clinical excellence.

      Charmaine has also completed certification in the PFA-SBT protocol, the NCFE (UK) Certificate in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care, and the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults Train the Trainer programme.

      As an educator and consultant, she has delivered professional development programmes and workshops for behaviour analysts, therapists, educators, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams across various settings. Her mission is to empower organizations to build ethical, evidence-based clinical cultures while developing practical and sustainable solutions that improve outcomes for individuals and families.

      Sarah is an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and ABA consultant with a strong background in behavior analysis, program supervision, staff training, parent collaboration, and interdisciplinary teamwork. She holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Kent and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of St Andrews. She has been a BCBA in good standing since November 2019.

      Throughout her career, Sarah has worked across school, home, and remote consultation settings, supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. In her most recent role in New York, she managed a team of 20 therapists supporting 15 students with ASD, developed individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, conducted assessments, provided parent training and staff supervision, and collaborated with families and educational teams through IEP meetings.

      Sarah has extensive experience with assessment, behavior intervention planning, data analysis, and evidence-based intervention. She has conducted assessments using tools including the VB-MAPP, ESDM Checklist, Vineland, and CARS II, and has experience supporting individuals who use AAC systems such as PECS, LAMP, and Proloquo. She has also worked closely with speech and occupational therapists as part of multidisciplinary teams.

      In her current role as a BCBA Supervisor and ABA Consultant, Sarah supervises candidates completing their BCBA certification hours and consults with ABA companies on ethical and effective practices. She provides guidance in assessment, programming, and staff training, with a focus on data-driven and individualized support.

      Hillary is a multilingual speech therapist with a Bachelor of Speech Science (Hons.) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She registered with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC), registration number MAHPC (SLT) 00339, and also a member of the Malaysian Association of Speech-Language & Hearing (MASH).

      She have completed TalkTools®️ Level 1 and PROMPT®️ Level 1 training, and she is committed to continuously learning and growing in speech therapy field to better support the children and families she work with.

      With a strong passion for working in paediatrics, she believes in providing therapy that is not only evidence-based, but also compassionate and family-centered. She strives to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where children feel motivated to communicate and grow. She deeply values the role of caregivers in a child’s development and enjoys working closely with families to help each child reach their fullest potential.

      Esther Xavier is a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a Master of Occupational Therapy from Maryville University of Saint Louis, USA, and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Sports Science from Brigham Young University-Hawaii, USA.

      With experience working across paediatric and adult populations in home health, telehealth, acute care, and rehabilitation settings, Esther takes a compassionate, client-centred and evidence-based approach to therapy. Her clinical experience includes occupational therapy evaluations, activities of daily living (ADL/IADL) interventions, developmental-focused interventions, family education, home safety recommendations, and individualised treatment planning.

      Esther has also gained valuable paediatric rehabilitation exposure through her clinical training at Ranken Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital, where she observed and supported interventions for children with complex conditions.

      She believes in working collaboratively with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop meaningful interventions that promote functional independence, participation, self-regulation, and overall well-being.

      Nadirah is an Occupational Therapist who graduated from UITM with honours with over 9 years of specialized experience in the pediatric field. With a strong foundation in occupational therapy through her degree qualification, she has spent nearly a decade supporting children and their families to reach meaningful developmental milestones through evidence-based, child-centered care. She has experience working in paediatric populations in private hospital, special needs centres and schools settings; ages of patients ranging from 6 months to 16 years old in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

      Currently undertaking Ayres Sensory Integration®️ certification, she is committed to deepening her clinical expertise to better serve children with sensory processing challenges. Her passion lies in creating engaging, functional therapy experiences that empower each child’s independence and participation in daily life.

      Varsyni holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from HELP University and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Cyberjaya, where she received specialized training in psychological assessments and interventions for mental health disorders. She is trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and brings hands-on experience in providing home-based and center-based interventions, as well as working as a shadow aide in educational settings.

      Varsyni has a strong passion for working with children and has extensive experience supporting individuals aged 2 to 16 years. She is skilled in conducting diagnostic assessments and screenings for a range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns, with a particular focus on neurodevelopmental disorders.

      Currently, Varsyni is serving as a visiting Clinical Psychologist Consultant at Speech Academy, where she continues to provide assessments and professional guidance for children with diverse psychological and developmental needs
